Help Needed–Work Days at the Church
Any who are handy with a tool are invited to come help us on Friday, Feb. 24 starting at 5:00pm and Saturday, Feb. 25 starting at 8:00am. Improvements are being made in the kids & youth areas. See pastor Mark with questions.
Parents of Seniors
An informative meeting for the parents of High School seniors interested in going on our Senior Trip June 7-11 will be held Sunday, Feb. 19 at 6:00pm in LIFE’s Connection Cafe.
Wednesday Adult Classes & Dinner
Dinner is served from 5:30-6:15pm. The menu for February 22 is Sloppy Joes, mac & cheese, green beans & dessert. Orders for Chef salads to replace the main meal should be called in to the church office by Tuesday. These are our current quarter adult classes: Fruits & Gifts of the Spirit–led by Pastor Steve Hohm in Room 101 / Boundaries: Book by Cloud & Townsend–led by Dave & Kathy Gissler in Room 102 / Corporate Prayer–led by Pastor Dave in Room 103 / Book of Acts–led by Jack Adwell in Room 104.
“Called” Young Adult Conference
A Young Adults Retreat is scheduled for March 2–4 at Camp Hickory. Cost is $99 for this event. Deadline to register is Sunday, Feb. 26. See Pastor Mark for further details.
Ladies BALANCE
Ladies-we need balance in our lives to be effective as we give of ourselves to the people we care for on an ongoing basis. Join us in the coming months as we take time to bring balance back. We will enjoy God’s creation at Starved Rock (March 24), Missouri Botanical Gardens and much more! If you would like to help in planning, use the tear off portion of the bulletin or contact pastor Lori at the church office.
